Your insurance says they got you covered
Well, sure---unless you're black, poor, and othered
Amazing, and another account's "severely delinquent"
Yet they rob you and make harassment frequent
And scare you over pennies, dimes, and quarters
So, sue and get your court orders
Oh shit---Labcorp comes to collect
Over ten dollars that will make them wealthy yet
And then you go to the doc and get overbooked
Or go to urgent care and get overlooked
Being black brings invisibility
As healthcare makes you sicker and filled with enmity
Good golly, they sure take care of you
